What do you do when life gets too busy? Do you try to work harder, get more things done, get more stressed, more anxious?

Life got too busy for me this week, so many things on that to-do list and too little time to do it all.

I felt myself getting tense and anxiety was rising it's little head. So I slowed down. Took the morning off. I do what I do because I love it, so what's the point in doing it if I don't enjoy it.
So I stopped, got a yummy coffee and went for a walk on the beach. Just 5 minutes it took for me to start feeling the push of inspiration again instead of pressure of tension.

Take time for you. Be willing to listen, your body will tell you what it needs. Then go do it!
Enjoy your day, enjoy being you.
